WELLBEING RECOVERY LEARNING FOR PEOPLE WITH MENTAL DISTRESS

 Dance by Henri Matisse

You want people with mental distress to be equipped to achieve the lives they want.

Mary is developing wellbeing recovery learning, structured life learning in a peer support context – designed and delivered by people with experience of severe mental distress, for people with severe mental distress.

The learning packages or sessions are designed to be adaptable for different types of delivery – a face to face support group setting, an online course, a paper based resource for individuals, as well as for mentoring and life coaching.
